Villa Almas is situated in the hinterland of Split (UNESCO), Dalmatians metropolis, in a small place called Neoric, where you can find yourself some piece and relaxation. Villa Almas can comfortably accommodate 12 + 2 people. The mansion is surrounded by many Mediterranean plants, trees and flowers, where one can enjoy pleasant stay outside. In front of the house is a garden where are naturally grown various types of vegetables and seasonal fruits, and in every moment you can enjoy the natural delights from the garden. Accommodation which gives you privacy and plenty of amazing things to see and activities to do, will surely turn your stay into an experience that you will remember forever! Rooms First floor Villa has 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor (3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). One double bedroom has an Air conditioning and a wall safe, and two double bedrooms have a exit to a private balcony. Main bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, bidet, lavander and toilet and hair dryer and is also on the first floor. Fully equipped large kitchen with fridge and freezer, washing machine, coffe maker, kettle, toster, microwave, oven, electric stove and everything you need for cooking and dining is here for you to use. Living room with a large sofa with a fireplace is there for your relaxation, LCD TV with Satellite, air conditioning and a closed terrace in the front of the house, where you can enjoy your first coffee in the morrning with your family. Ground floor On the west side of the ground floor there is a studio apartment with two large double beds, sofa bed for extra two people, LCD TV with Satellite, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toster, kettle, microwave, oven, washing machine, stove and everything you need for cooking and dining. There is a bathroom with shower and hydromassage, toilete, bidet, lavander, and hair dryer. On east side of the ground floor there is a Fitness room with the latest equipment for exercise and stretching with LCD TV and an extra bathroom next door with a shower, toilete, lavander and hair dryer. Facilities On the west side is a swimming pool 12 x 5m with finnish sauna and aditional bathroom with shower, lavander and toilete, perfect for afternoon tea or to simply sit and relax enjoying the climate full of sunshine with a light breeze, 450 m above sea level. Tennis court and table tennis is there for recreation and summer barbecue house with dining table, kitchen with fridge and a small toilete with lavander is outside for you to enjoy and relax. If you want a little bit of recreation, you can take a bike and explore the place and enjoy nature, culture and convenience of the little place of Neorić. Location Neorić is a small settlement in Croatian region of Central Dalmatia. It is situated around 30 km far from town Split. Neorić is part of Municipality Muć. It is located in the hinterland to 450 m above sea level at the foothills of Mount Moseć (843 m above sea level) and not far from the mountains called Svilaja (1508m above sea level). Villa Almas is 10 minutes away from the town of Sinj, which is a historically area and has a lot to offer, especially in August. At that time one of the most attractive battles is recreated, celebrating over 300 years since this area was released - Alka. It is a empire of water, fields and stone.
